- Fruit input to the electronic Sizer. The same is done through an inclined plane, being transported on rubber rollers into the input of the load cells, and
then carried on the cup.
- The ejecting Cup system ejects the fruit laterally placing on a soft nylon brush, in order to eliminate
any possibility of fruit damage.
- • The new transport system allows us to process any type of fruit or vegetables and get a proper
measure of weight, color & quality.
- Computers and other types of electronic sensors
are used and combined with specific software. The
system is capable grade on: weight, length,
diameter (min / max / average / percentage),
curvature, color (average / percentage / pixel),
quality (defects / blemish / stalk / navel / mould /
scratches). Camera and internal electronic boards
can get up to 50 pictures per second.
